Orbitel new owner

Dear customers,

On behalf of Orbitel EAD, I would like to inform you about the forthcoming merge of our companywith another leading alternative telecommunication operator – Spectrum Net AD. 
 
The contract for sale of the shares of Orbitel to Spectrum Net was just signed and the deal will be finalized after obtaining approval from the Commission for Protection of Competition. This is expected to happen within the deadline provided by the law - 1 month. The transaction will not change the existence and the legal entity of Orbitel.
